Keep Healthy Together

School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) are a lifeline for millions of families—offering essential care like checkups and mental health support, right in schools where it’s trusted and easy to access. But this vital resource is under threat. As federal public health funding comes under fire, the School-Based Health Alliance is leading the fight to protect what communities across the country can’t afford to lose.

Hairpin partnered with SBHA to launch Keep Healthy, Together—a nation wide campaign to sound the alarm, rally public support, and call on all of us to speak up, show support, and remind lawmakers that SBHCs are essential. Health care is a right, not a privilege—and protecting it will take all of us.

Hairpin led the strategy, design, and execution of the Keep Healthy, Together campaign. We developed the visual identity, crafted all messaging, and built a fast, accessible website designed to engage busy families.

Our team produced everything from web copy and social media posts to outreach materials and partner toolkits—grounded in FrameWorks Institute research and built to drive action. We also led the dissemination strategy, coordinating rollout, paid ads, and equipping School-Based Health Alliance partners across the country with tools to spread the word in their own communities. The result: a clear, compelling campaign that helped families thank their senators, share their stories, and stand up for this vital, life saving resource.
